Overview
The iXtract Twin Nozzle Mobile Exhaust Trolley features two high-grade EPDM rubber exhaust nozzles mounted on swivel arms making this a highly adaptable option.
It’s a versatile and robust solution for extracting exhaust fumes from vehicles featuring a twin exhaust system or applications where motorbikes are resting on stands.
Exhaust fumes are extracted without the need for contact and nozzles are made from EPDM rubber making them a scratch resistant option to ensure the vehicle’s protection.
The nozzles are mounted on swivel arms, allowing for easy and flexible positioning behind vehicles.
Operation
Designed to extract exhaust fumes without touching the exhaust pipes, by avoiding contact with the exhaust pipe, the system minimises the risk of damage to the vehicle and enhances overall safety during operation.
The simplicity of these nozzles lies in their easy application, they are rolled up to the rear of the vehicle then placed over the vehicle’s exhaust pipe, effectively capturing exhaust gases at the source.
The fumes are then passed through a 170°C crush resistant exhaust hose within the extraction system. The aim of these systems is to channel exhaust gases away, expelling them outside the workplace premises.
