Overview
Our range of Compact Oil Mist Filters have been designed to effectively capture and remove oil mists and other metalworking fluids from industrial environments, helping to keep work places and employees safe from the dangers of airborne oil mist.
The integrated fan eliminates the need for an external fan, making it a truly all-in-one solution for removing oil mist.
Operation
Dirty contaminated air enters the unit via the extraction arm.
The base consists of an integrated primary baffle, removable washable mesh filter, all of which disperse the air and prevent larger oil particles from advancing.
The coalesced, condensed oil droplets collect in the base and are either discharged through a connected drain or collected in the optional oil canister.
The air then passes through a series of filters, each removing and decreasing particle sizes of contaminant, in an upward direction with the clean air being expelled from the top of the unit.
