Overview
Our Compact Reverse Pulse Filter units are designed to be as space saving as possible and can be used in a variety of environments and across multiple industries.
Their slim dimensions allows for installation in confined spaces, making them suitable for industries where space is limited.
This standalone integrated unit is an all-in-one dust and fume filtration solution that is ready to go.
Operation
The Compact Filter units utilise a clean on demand function. Once the filters have reached a desired pressure differential set point the controller will activate a solenoid valve that will in turn release a blast of compressed air down the centre of the filter cartridge.
This blast of compressed air will dislodge the contaminant that has settled on the outer surface of the filter. When the pressure deferential falls beneath the set secondary point the controller will cease cleaning.
Placing the filters in a vertical orientation along with gravitational pull ensures a higher efficiency when filtering larger, heavier particulates and volumes of dust.
