iXtract Reverse Pulse Filter - Vertical - Rotary Valve

Overview

iXtract’s Vertical Reverse Pulse Filter units consist of a series of filter cartridges arranged vertically within the main housing as opposed to our horizontal models making them ideal for heavier dust particulates.

As dust accumulates, the filter unit measures the pressure differential between the clean side of the filter and the dirty side. Once a programmed set point is reached the filter unit then initiates a controlled blast of pneumatic airflow down the centre of each filter individually and sequentially.

This sudden burst of air dislodges the accumulated dust, causing it to fall downwards into a collection hopper below. All this is carried out automatically without operator interaction.

The Options

All units are modular and have the ability to fix together. Modules can be multiplied from 2–8 filters per unit in total.

iXtract Reverse Pulse Filters come with one top module as standard. This top module can be made available with an integrated top fan dependent on explosion relief requirements.

The unit always comes with a hopper assembly. This assembly can feature an integrated fan, a rotary valve and includes a standard collection or extended bin for large volumes.
