Overview
Our advanced automatic cleaning technology significantly extends cartridge filter life, this reduces costs and eliminates the need for frequent replacements.
Operating as a fully self-contained system, each unit features an integrated compressor that removes the need for external air lines.
For maximum flexibility, high-pressure cleaning pulses can be triggered manually by the operator ensuring zero downtime.
Operation
The integrated centrifugal extraction fan ensures the removal of contaminants at the source.
Contaminated air is conveyed via the extraction arms through the horizontal cartridge filter where particles are captured on the outer surface.
High-pressure cleaning pulses trigger automatically via a sensor driven cycle when dust accumulates on the filter, the unit initiates a controlled blast of pneumatic airflow down the centre of the filter.
This sudden burst of air dislodges the accumulated dust, causing it to fall downwards into the collection bin below. The clean air is then discharged via a grille at the side of the unit.
Optional HEPA filter available for further improved air quality.
